JESS TRAVEL TODAY – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a reservation or making any payment toward a travel package offered by JESS TRAVEL TODAY, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Payments and Refund Policy

1.1. All payments made to JESS TRAVEL TODAY are strictly non‑refundable and non‑transferable, unless otherwise expressly stated for a specific trip.

1.2. Payments may be made directly to JESS TRAVEL TODAY or to an affiliated vendor designated at the beginning of your contract.

1.3. JESS TRAVEL TODAY does not issue refunds or transfer funds between reservations under any circumstances. Travelers are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance.

2. Traveler Information Requirements

2.1. All reservations must be submitted using your full legal name, exactly as it appears on your passport or government‑issued identification.

2.2. A COPY of your passport / Real ID must be submitted to confirm your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

2.3. Your provided ID (Passport or Real ID) signature must match the signature on the Terms and Conditions form.

2.4. Any name correction requests may incur additional fees imposed by vendors, airlines, or JESS TRAVEL TODAY.

3. Pricing and Reservation Policies

3.1. All pricing is subject to change without prior notice until the required deposit or complete payment is received.

3.2. Reserving at the advertised rate secures your package price and protects you from subsequent price increases.

4. Payment Plans

4.1. Travelers who elect to use a payment plan must make timely monthly payments to maintain an active reservation.

4.2. Travelers may pay more than the minimum monthly requirement at any time.

4.3. If traveling with a roommate, each party must ensure that the other is making payments on time.

4.4. Failure to make any payment for 60 consecutive days, without written communication, will result in automatic cancellation.

5. Airline Policies and Seat Assignments

5.1. Airline seat assignments are made solely at the discretion of the airline.

5.2. Most packages include basic economy seating, which typically does not allow upgrades.

5.3. Travelers who require a higher class of service must purchase a land‑only package.

6. Account Access

6.1. Travelers may access their reservation details through the Client Portal 24/7.

7. Name Change and Late Payment Fees

7.1. Name Change Fee:

- $200 if processed before the final payment date.

- $250 plus vendor fees after the final payment date.

7.2. Late Payment Fee:

- $250 per person after the final payment deadline.

7.3. All late payment requests must receive written approval from management.

8. Communication Requirements

8.1. Travelers must make every reasonable effort to submit payments on time.

8.2. If you anticipate difficulty meeting a payment deadline, notify JESS TRAVEL TODAY via email.

8.3. Lack of communication for 60 days will result in cancellation without refund •Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
